You won't see any balance in your account until a block has been found by the pool and after it has reached a mature status, which occurs about 2 hours after it is found. MoneroHash is a small pool for the time being, and as such it may take some time to find a block.
On larger pools you would see some balance earlier because they will find blocks faster, but you will get a smaller share of the reward than what you would in a smaller pool. On the long run, you will get more or less the same amount of XMR when mining on a large pool or on a small one.
Reliability and low latency are the things you should consider when choosing a pool. By avoiding the largest pools you contribute to the network health by spreading the hash power.

The difficulty will be adjusted automatically according to your hash power. The port you choose will determine the starting difficulty and it will adjust from there on.
You can set a custom fixed diff by separating it with a "@" in your login address on your mining software. That is: WALLET_ADDRESS@custom_diff
or WALLET_ADDRESS.payment_id@custom_diff
if you use a payment ID.
Minimum allowed fixed diff is 500000.
Integrated addresses may be used by some exchanges or services, and they look longer than standard addresses. Integrated addresses are supported but not recommended.
Payments are run once a day, and the minimum payout to an integrated address is 5 XMR. When mining to a standard address the minimum payout is 0.5 XMR.
